A training plan is for you.

Training Plans

Training plans are perfect for athletes who want guidance and structure,
but aren’t looking for frequent communication or accountability.

Here’s how it works:

We meet and discuss your goals, athletic history, work and family obligations, injury history, and any other details that might impact your training. Then I write you a personalized training plan and send you on your way.

After I send you on your way, you’re always welcome to contact me with additional questions or request training plan revisions, billable at my hourly rate.

My rate is $90/hr for time spent meeting with you and writing the training plan.
