Trip Report: Royal Basin

Pretty much perfect day in Royal Basin. I saw absolutely no one else from start to finish. It’s definitely getting towards autumn: there was frost on the ground above 5000 ft and the creek crossings were icy. However, the Upper Basin was warm and quiet. Amazing day.
